Acceptable Use Policy

1. Lawful and Authorized Use

Use PodPlo only for lawful purposes and only with material you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for your Inputs, requested generations and use of Outputs.

2. Pornography and NSFW Content

  • Do not request, upload, create or distribute pornographic, sexually explicit or fetish content.
  • Do not use the Service for non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, sexual services or attempts to evade sexual-content filters.

3. Child-Unsafe Content

  • Do not create, upload or distribute child sexual abuse material or any sexualized depiction of a minor, including synthetic or AI-generated material.
  • Do not create content that exploits, grooms, endangers or facilitates abuse of a child. Suspected child exploitation may be preserved and reported to the appropriate authorities.

4. Violence, Gore and Self-Harm

  • Do not create graphic gore, content celebrating severe violence or content intended to threaten, terrorize or facilitate physical harm.
  • Do not create content that encourages, instructs or glorifies suicide, self-harm or dangerous acts.

5. Hate, Harassment and Abuse

  • Do not create content that promotes hatred, dehumanization or violence against a protected group.
  • Do not use the Service to harass, stalk, bully, shame, threaten or target a person or group.

6. Deepfakes, Impersonation and Real People

  • Do not perform face swaps, nudification, fabricated intimate scenes or other identity replacement involving a real person.
  • Do not depict a real person as saying, endorsing or doing something that did not occur, or create deceptive identity documents or misleading evidence.
  • Upload a real person’s photograph or likeness only when it is your own material or you have that person’s valid permission. Permission does not make a prohibited deepfake use acceptable.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, design rights, publicity rights or other proprietary rights.
  • Do not request counterfeit branding, unauthorized replicas or content designed to mislead buyers about origin, endorsement or affiliation.
  • You are responsible for checking whether an Output is suitable and legally cleared for commercial or print-on-demand use.

8. Fraud, Deception and Security Abuse

  • Do not create phishing, malware, credential theft, scams, fake reviews, fraudulent advertisements or content intended to deceive buyers.
  • Do not probe, overload, disrupt or bypass security, moderation, account, usage, storage, billing or task-queue controls.

9. Content Moderation

PodPlo may screen prompts and images through automated provider safety controls before generation or delivery. Reference images and Outputs may be held, rejected or escalated for human review. Public-gallery content may also be reviewed after publication.

Safety systems are imperfect. A generation passing an automated check does not make it lawful or permitted, and we may take action after receiving new information or a report.

10. Enforcement Actions

  • Reject, stop or withhold a generation and return unused reserved credits according to the task-settlement rules.
  • Remove or restrict content, including Public gallery copies.
  • Limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, and prevent repeat abuse.
  • Preserve relevant records, cooperate with payment providers or authorities, and report conduct where required by law.

11. Reporting Violations

Report suspected violating content to support@podplo.app. Include the content or page URL, asset identifier if available, the reason for the report and enough information for us to locate and assess it. Do not send illegal material as an email attachment.

We review reports using available account, content and moderation records. We may remove content immediately in urgent cases, request more information, notify the affected account where appropriate, and retain a record of the decision.

12. Changes and Contact

We may update this AUP as risks, laws, payment-network requirements and the Service change. Questions about permitted use may be sent to support@podplo.app before submitting content.
