Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Accounts

PodPlo provides the Service at https://podplo.app. For customer support, email support@podplo.app.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You must provide accurate account and billing information, keep your sign-in method secure and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

2. The Service

PodPlo provides AI-powered image generation, image transformation, reference-image workflows, creative Skills, asset storage, discovery and related tools. Certain features may require an account, credits, a paid plan or separate eligibility. Models, Skills, limits, storage allowances, prices and feature availability may change over time.

3. Your Inputs

You retain any ownership rights you have in prompts, images and other material you submit to the Service (“Inputs”). You grant PodPlo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, store, modify and process your Inputs solely as needed to provide, secure and support the Service and to comply with law.

You represent that you own or have all permissions necessary to submit and use your Inputs and to authorize the processing described in these Terms. Your Inputs must not violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property or other rights of any person.

4. Generated Outputs

Subject to these Terms, applicable law and any third-party model restrictions disclosed for a feature, PodPlo does not claim ownership of the images generated for you (“Outputs”). Your permitted uses—including whether commercial and print-on-demand use is included—are determined by the plan, purchase terms or feature terms presented to you. You may not exceed those permissions.

AI-generated content may not be unique. Other users may receive similar or identical results, and Outputs may contain errors or unintended similarities. PodPlo does not guarantee that an Output is eligible for copyright, trademark or other protection, or that its use will not infringe third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs and obtaining any rights, clearances or professional advice needed for your intended use.

5. Public and Private Generations

You choose Public or Private before submitting a generation, and the selection cannot be changed after submission. Private results remain available through authorized account experiences, subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

When you choose Public, you grant PodPlo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, resize, crop and create technical preview versions of the Output and to display your original prompt and permitted generation details in PodPlo’s public discovery and promotional experiences. This license continues for public gallery copies even if you later delete the item from your personal History. It does not authorize PodPlo to publish your private reference images or PodPlo’s hidden instructions.

6. Acceptable Use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy at https://podplo.app/acceptable-use. It forms part of these Terms and prohibits pornography and NSFW content, child-unsafe content, graphic violence, hate, real-person deepfakes and impersonation, infringement, fraud, malware, security abuse and other unlawful uses.

You may not scrape or resell the Service without authorization; bypass safety, account, usage or billing controls; access another user’s account or assets; or attempt to obtain credentials, private assets, hidden Skill instructions, system prompts, internal rules or other confidential service data.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

PodPlo may use automated provider safety controls and, where appropriate, human review to assess prompts, reference images, Outputs and public content. Checks may occur before generation, before delivery and after publication. You may report suspected violations to support@podplo.app with the relevant URL, asset details and reason for the report.

We may reject or stop processing, remove or restrict content, limit features, preserve evidence, suspend or terminate accounts, or cooperate with authorities when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the Service, prevent fraud or abuse, or comply with law. Allowing content to be generated does not mean PodPlo endorses or approves it.

8. Credits, Subscriptions and Billing

Current plan names, prices, billing cycles, included credits, storage allowances and features are shown at https://podplo.app/pricing and confirmed at checkout. Recurring subscriptions automatically renew for the billing cycle shown at checkout until cancelled. By purchasing one, you authorize the payment processor to charge the applicable renewal amount. PodPlo does not receive or store complete payment-card details.

The estimated credit cost is shown before generation. Credits may be reserved when a task is accepted and settled after processing. A successful task is charged according to the generation request and applicable pricing, even if you do not like the creative result. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable unless PodPlo expressly allows it and may be subject to the validity period disclosed at purchase or under the applicable plan.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel a subscription through the billing-management method made available in your account or by contacting support@podplo.app. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

When a generation fails or only part of a multi-output request succeeds, PodPlo returns the credits associated with the failed portion according to its task-settlement rules. Completed generations are not refundable solely because of subjective dissatisfaction, stylistic preference or an Output’s suitability for a particular use.

Except where required by law, caused by a duplicate or erroneous charge, or expressly stated at checkout, purchases of subscriptions, credits and other digital benefits are non-refundable. To report a billing error or request an eligible refund, contact support@podplo.app. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this section.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, storage, payment, AI models and other functions. Their services may be subject to additional terms, restrictions or availability. PodPlo is an independent service and is not sponsored, endorsed by or affiliated with an underlying model provider unless we expressly state otherwise.

11. PodPlo Technology and Intellectual Property

PodPlo and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, interface, branding, Skills, templates, workflows, documentation, hidden instructions and other proprietary technology. These Terms do not grant you a right to copy, reverse engineer, extract, disclose or create a competing service from those materials, except to the limited extent that applicable law does not permit such a restriction.

12. Service Availability and Changes

The Service is provided using evolving AI models and third-party infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, fixed processing times, permanent availability of any model or feature, or that every request will succeed. We may add, change, limit, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes that adversely affect paid users.

13. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all Outputs are provided “as is” and “as available.” PodPlo disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted availability. PodPlo does not provide legal, trademark, copyright, tax or business advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PodPlo and its affiliates, suppliers and personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from or related to the Service. PodPlo’s total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to PodPlo for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations of these Terms, nonpayment, fraud, security risk, legal requirements or conduct that creates substantial risk to users or the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, licenses for Public generations, payment obligations, disclaimers and liability limitations—will survive.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms.

17. General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; PodPlo may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition or transfer of the Service. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and PodPlo regarding the Service, subject to any additional terms presented for a specific purchase or feature.

18. Contact and Disputes

For support, content reports, privacy requests, cancellation, refund requests, intellectual-property concerns or billing disputes, email support@podplo.app. Please contact us promptly after discovering a suspected billing error so we can investigate. These Terms do not limit mandatory rights or dispute procedures available under applicable law.
